FRANK BIELEFELD
COMMERCIAL GROWTH ARCHITECTURE for AV & IT
For managing directors and sales leaders at AV and IT manufacturers who want to expand their access to the DACH market, position themselves clearly and find the right sales channels.
Whether you first need to prepare your internal structures for growth or find the right route through distributors, partners, dealers or direct sales, I help you develop the right course for your company.

COMMERCIAL GROWTH ARCHITECTURE
When growth, profitability or momentum slow down, the cause rarely lies in just one area.
Perhaps margins are falling.
Perhaps your company is becoming harder to distinguish from competitors.
Perhaps structures and processes have not kept pace with growth.
Perhaps there is no clear sales and marketing strategy.
Perhaps too much depends on individual people.
Perhaps leadership is inconsistent across the organisation.
Perhaps your business model still has untapped potential.
Or several of these issues are affecting each other.
Where is the biggest opportunity in your company?

LEADERSHIP & EXECUTIVE SPARRING
COMMERCIAL GROWTH ARCHITECTURE
Commercial impact emerges when positioning, organisation and sales strategy work together deliberately.
01
POSITIONING & BUSINESS MODEL
When many manufacturers offer similar products, positioning determines whether you sell on price or on value.
Positioning & differentiation – What makes your company truly distinctive?
Value proposition – Why should a customer choose you?
Business model – Where do revenue and profit come from today?
New sources of value – Which additional services or retainers make sense?
Recurring revenue – Where could more predictable income come from?
Goal: A stronger market position and a business model with additional commercial opportunities.
02
ROLES, STRUCTURES & PROCESSES
Internal processes, clear communication between levels, a strong leadership and company culture, and your readiness for AI – the foundation for scalable growth starts inside your company.
Roles · Responsibilities · Structures · Processes · Interfaces · Decision paths · Information flow
And where it makes sense: AI to strengthen processes that already work.
Goal: Less friction, clear responsibilities and an organisation that can grow with the business.
03
LEADERSHIP & EXECUTIVE SPARRING
The right sales channels in the AV market – distributors, sales partners, dealers or direct sales – determine reach, margin and successful market entry in Germany.
Leadership approach · Responsibility · Communication · Decisions · Delegation · Feedback · Collaboration · Leading by example
Executive Sparring
Priorities. Time. Focus. Decisions. Delegation. Leadership role. Leadership team.
Goal: Greater ownership throughout the organisation and greater effectiveness at executive level.
